About Nectar
Raphaela Fritz teacher, healer, artist
Nectar Healing Arts has held women's embodiment, yoga, and bodywork in Barnardsville, North Carolina since 2009.
A home for women coming back into their bodies
Raphaela began teaching yoga at nineteen. She studied tantra and Anusara yoga in Santa Fe, became a licensed bodyworker, and has led women's retreats and workshops for more than twenty-five years.
She co-founded Nectar with Chandler Fritz. Together they hold Sovereign Pearl, Chrysalis, and the land that students visit for retreats and sessions.

Chandler is an acupuncturist and quantum health practitioner. Raphaela guides yoga, embodiment, and bodywork. Their partnership is part of what makes Nectar a living school, not only a brand.
